Like I have suggested before, what they should do is make airstrikes attached to an actual weapon slot with weight and space (and own "ammo" and cooldown), and you make artillery strikes big obvious high damage area control that keeps the global team cooldown.
This keeps the ability for people to use them skillfully as a weapon, and adds an actual area control effect both for the purposes of breaking up camping clogs, which is what they were meant for right?
Strikes Are Predictable And Discourage Aggression Or Useless Pick One....

Right, lets just bar small lights from consumables.
I'd rather see consumables removed, and I like consumables.

If you were responding to me there, then that's just faulty argumentative logic, there's no reason to assume that the weight and space component would stop lights from being able to wield them, there are plenty of other limiting factors to consider, and the weapon and/or its potential slots could be relegated specifically for lights or mediums or be specifically prioritised for smaller classes.

Smaller classes which often do not have tonnage or space to spare.
The system in place is fine. Its fair to every class.

Because some lights wouldn't free up slots to access their own supply of airstrikes? When they benefit the most from a weapon like that in being able to sneak around etc?
Saying you think the system in place is fine is ok, one more vote for leaving it as it is.
