Purchased the Jenner IIC(O) pack and they all showed up in game, but I cannot find where to find the included "Faction content" option so I can select and receive the correct one, anyone know where I am overlooking?

Click here to bring up your content page, then scroll down past your 2018 MWO Annual Rewards eligibility and it should be somewhere near the bottom of the page.
That's where my Wave 2 faction content was so I'm guessing that's where yours should be. Remember if you're unsure of which faction pack to choose you can go into the game and try the patterns on your mechs then log out and come back to choose the one you like the most. I like the Ghost Bear and Jade Falcon stuff the best, though I already had reds, greys, and blacks from my Phoenix pack content so Smoke Jaguar might also appeal to you.
