Can I do normal quick matches to get reputation in the faction I choose to be with? And if so. Do I need to do 10 matches before I can earn any points? [/color]

No.

You can only do it via Faction Play - Not Quick Play.

And then I need to do invasion or scout? I queued for 15 min for invasion and didnt get a match... Lovely way to get rep then. Jeez...

Exactly. Invasion or scout. Both count. So go scouting, And consider to group up with three other dudes for that. After all, FW is about team play.

Or just go mercenary and take a contract. No need for the 10 probabation matches if you do that.

I solo queued for invasion for about an hour while doing housework yesterday and for scouting for about 20 minutes, during NA prime time. Large groups on my friends list got lobbies while I waited. Solo FP RIP
