Depending on time of day, your time shows it is almost 9am Central Standard Time, that would be the only way to get games. There is nothing to show Grouped Players there are actually Grouped Players in the queue. FP is almost the same, at least it will show when the last battle was finished. Solo queue is ALMOST as bad since the pop up showing the percentages are those readied up and waiting for the game to match them but even that is not broken up by Tiers but everyone.

Sync dropping solo isn't really a big deal. Yes, we were doing it last night. Its double XP weekend and we have a lot of peeps that need to skill their faction mechs. We aren't gaming the system. We aren't coordinating our weight classes to better ensure we all get on the same team. We aren't giving each other or our own teams away.

Sync dropping GQ to stack tonnage is heinous though, IMO that is gaming the system.

And to think there are those who oppose 1 duo per side in the non-group queue :) while others would post.. let the tears rain down!!!! :) But this is PGI, Russ/Paul would frak it up one way or another....

The crazy things people do so they can run a heavy or assault mech with their team .

lol Maybe its time to balance group q by skill and not by "team size"

Really want GQ to become a Ghost of a Ghost Town all day long? :)

Its a ghost town because teams stop playing the game. They "balanced" the Q around comps teams hitting the mix group teams just as hard.

Marik used to play 12 man group q teams all the time. I haven't seen a Marik 12 man team in years. These teams used to bring new players in but now if you bring a new player into your group its almost an auto loss.

So now we're at peak time playing only, with sync dropping to get around tonnage limits because of PGI said "teams were a small part of MWO".

GQ isn't a ghost town, it just the average size groups are about 5-6 deep.

If four six man teams all hit the launch button, any composition with less that does not make up 6 people is probably going to be left out.

We Solo synced specifically because we had around 10 people, and most of us were working on skilling up heavies. We were doing crabs too, but we get accused of being "cancer" in GQ when we crab rush by people who fail to see the humor in calling a crab rush "cancer."

It clearly happens. You call them out and they deny. DENY DENY.
You name and shame here YOU feel the repercussions not them.
A long running failure.

Well when PGI employees who stream, and MechCon VIP Streamers... are encouraging their viewers to attempt to sync and drop into matches with them (simply as one of the 23 others in the match, not necessarily on THEIR team) then why would PGI do anything to stop regular players who happen to be in units together from doing it.

it's a good way to play with friends.

there's no way to stack a sync team. there's equal chance of dropping with or against a sync.
