Probably the only things that might have been useful are some spawn point changes, doing away/cutting down the extra nonsense Elo seeding points in solaris for the first 10 matches, and some other small but welcome changes.
Shrugs.
So no new maps, changes to unpopular modes, optimization or anything really besides "wanna buy a mechpack" and Balance.
So why would I spent money on a game that is not being developed any more?
For me the whole absence of anything for MWO does explain the never ending sales we had this year.

Mmm, Russ dodged the question if they work on a map at the Q&A though, sooo
And balance is Chris`s job, I'm sure it keeps him busy, especially since he is most likely the only one working on it.
I'm sure its not easy to balance all we have ingame, but for me its also basically no content.

Paul does not seem interested into altering the MM/Tier rating at all.
That said, maybe a more fun matching would breathe some live back into the game.
If they can retain players, still nothing new on the horizon for MWO and we've waited basically since Solaris.
Tsk, I can recall the many posts before MechCon saying that PGI is probably saving stuff up again to announce, sigh, quite a let down.
