With "crit hit chance (receiving) -70%" and lots of structure on top of that it will really be a lucky one (and also a hero). Hm...

It was unlucky to get really bad agility values though.

The Whammer IIC at least gets to have a lot of firepower in exchange for possibly having bad agility. Unlucky 7 is outgunned by IS heavies.

If you're talking an IS XL engine then you might be in for a bad time (mech is not in-game so I dunno if its hitboxes are friendly to XLs or not)...
Beyond XL riskiness you can basically put any big-engine Lucky 7 build on an existing chassis like a Black Knight or Grasshopper.

Not even optimal.. and tbh need to theory on it some more,
NUMBER SEVEN light 350
but 18 dhs and mild weapon quirks with god like structure + pretty much nullified crit-ability means XL is a viable option.
However even with a light engine it can be made fast for an assault and have presence.
