Impossible. Urbanmech is Bestmech.
Also, Urbanmechs and Kentaros are rounded as are many IS mechs. Gunslinger has a good IS symetry to it; it looks very 'guy in a rubber suit about to wrestle Godzilla' vibe that many of the best IS mechs have.
Clan mechs tend to have that 'Huh, that guy is clearly compensating for something' vibe. Not kidding; look at Clan mechs. Most Clan Mechs look like they have a spot for Truck Balls to be mounted.
An IS Omni.... there's none that are not pretty terrible. I like Gunslinger because it would actually add something a bit different and actually useful to the IS lineup. Not a lot of mechs can say that anymore. Same reason I'm also kinda interested in the new Corsair and couldn't care less about the Warhammer IIC.
Gunslinger has the potential to be, similar to the Battlemaster, a mech that's usually got a place in a drop deck for the IS. Quirks will determine what range that is but high energy mounts and arm ballistics with likely good hitboxes and the tonnage to effectively use all of it... well, I think that's a good investment.
