You should rly farrm for a drop deck first in qp. Then u can get a group and lean the basics. Prob good idea is to check the forum first which mechs to buy.

Loyalist, Merc, Quick play oriented or Faction Play oriented?
Also what is your timezone?

CST TZ, can put together a dropdeck. Loyalist/Merc doesn't matter to me. I enjoy quick play and would like to learn Faction play. But, if the unit doesn't do it, I'd be fine just having friends to hang with.

Welp if you really wanna learn I can take you, my unit is really small nowadays though but I can teach you some things for faction play.
Question is do you wanna learn cause it could be hard definitely for a starter in faction play but once you have the jist of it it will only become easier from there.

It's not like I don't know how to play, just looking for tips on the finer points of combat. The unit doesn't need to be large if members are consistently playing.

Well I got 16 folk which only 6 including me play, just gotta kick some folk back to teamspeak and pester them in their dreams to do so.

hes not wrong...but we are a merc unit cause rasalhague dominion does not exist yet as a faction. lol

Monday 20:00 GMT+1 is the main hook up point for MWO, but there are training nights through-out the week. We have a smaller clan called Am0C which we use for new members that need to bounce around and pick up the free MC and mechbays. Look for burning wisky or Jemima, who are the leaders running MWO to give you a run down and intro.
