I read those threads as well, its never been this hard to find matches. Population is critically low that is a fact. Holidays or not the game is in trouble population wise.

OP... First, have a happy holiday......................despite MWO's long list of glaring deficiencies....

We all left the game a long time ago and on;y play events !!! That seems to scratch the itch and allows us to still get together as a team per say and have some fun in games that supports: fun first, game always..... MWO isn't that sadly and one day, this IP will change hands and we might get lucky,

I stood under the Solstice full moon and asked the powers for help in this game.........it doesn't hurt and who knows, maybe, they'll listen and Russ will have a catharsis or some game like epiphany and seriously make some changes....

I found 30 matches yesterday with no effort at all. Just steam client users hit a 24 hr peak yesterday at 1,195 which is higher than it was the whole weekend of MechCon.

What game mode are you trying to play? I've not been having issues in QP in lights or assaults. I have been playing N.America and Europe. Just selected Oceanic in case it's pop is extra low for x-mas.

I actually think the Christmas-New Year's holiday is a great time to come back to MWO. The weather is too cold, wet, and gloomy to ride mtn bikes and the ski resorts are packed full of lunatics. I'd rather hole up with plenty of booze and shoot some robots.
