I can't claim loot bags anymore and I only need 13 for the free mech and I still have 24 hours to get them but I haven't been able to claim any for the last half hour. What the heck is wrong with this plz to fix it, someone.

That might be what was on the announcement in the announcement forum but the event page itself always said Jan 2nd 00:00UTC as the end time. The event pages are the official canon as it were... the announcement forum postings are usually done by another employee transcribing what's in the event info, and they OFTEN make mistakes.

Wrong. This was pulled off of the event page a few moments ago:



As you can see, the timer is still showing a little over 22 hours left for this event. I understand what you are saying about the forums and past history, but this time, everything official (or "canon") is showing we have time left.

Relax the timer is still running and that's what we base our time and game play on. I'm sure PGI will fix this issue and allow the time clearly stated to comple the goals!Costs them nothing to honor what is stated on the comp page.
