[Battle-mage]

New to MWO so I would like to know before pre-ordering Mercenaries 5, which includes the Marauder II pre-order . Do the pre-orders come with Mech Bays for the number of Mechs in the pack? And do all Hero Mechs have the 30% C-bill bonus?

All mechpacks come with mechbays for the mechs. And anything called a "Hero" mech has a 30% bonus. Anything called a 'champion' only has a bonus to XP.

Question of my own. Is there a time limit on MW5 pre-order?

Mech packs ALWAYS come with mech bays for the mechs that are bought.
And if you lack mech bays you should be able to buy some for the extra MC you get.

Yes they come with Mechbays!
Heroes (H), Loyalty (L) and Special (S) Mechs have 30% C-Bill Boost
Champions (C) have 30% XP boost

you also get premium time!
Premium time applies an additional 50% to XP and C-Bill gains, an additional 10% to Accolade gains in Solaris, and an additional 10% to Loyalty and Reputation gains in Faction Play.

$50 for MW5, MAD IIs and $50 worth of MC combined w/ other goodies is tempting... despite the fact I never preorder, I know I will prolly get MW5 anyways, I mean I recently got MW4 mercs so I could compare and contrast.

Please don't remotely associate anything we might buy for MWO with MW:5. They are two completely different games and as someone who only plays PvP MMOs, I could give a flying **** about MW:5. Offering special things for MWO through MW:5 will get this game uninstalled right quick.

if you are not interested in MW5, you can still pre-order the Marauder II the regular way.
I don't see why you have to be so upset because PGI offers good value for those who are interested in both games, while they try to make some amends for loyal customers and for neglecting MWO due to MW5.

Honestly, I don't think we need more Marauders even though they're a great mech. However, if they would have made the Urban Mech IIC as the pre-order bonus for MW5 I would have pre-ordered for sure. This unfortunately does not entice me to buy.
