Just FYI, if you have not had the items injected and only the MC..

Check the preorder page. There must have been an issue with the Pre Order Package when only the MC was injected and not the items. There is now 3 codes instead of 2 codes, with the page now showing the follow:

• MWO MC Bundle Code
  
• MWO Item Bundle Code
  
• MWO Marauder II Code.

Originally there were only two codes avail to be redeemed:

• MW5 Pre-order xxxx MWO Bundle - The ID for this one now matches the new MWO MC Bundle Code on the MW5 page.
  
• MWO Marauder II Code.

Did not receive my Marauder IIs from the MW5 pre-order after feb 19th patch.
All my codes are redeemed.
Anyone else get/didn't get theirs?

Question: I am a founder of course who has preordered MW5 - now if I gift my MC code to someone else who is not a Founder, will they get Double MC from that code, or do I have to redeem that code on my own Founders account in order to get double MC?

You have to redeem the code on a founder's account for the double MC. Makes sense, since the MW5 preorder site has no means to know if you are a founder or not.

Ok maybe i missed the answer in one of the other Posts.
I have already a preorder of the MAR2. If i now preorder MW5, what can i do with the other redeem-code?
Can i use it again by myself or do i have to trade or give him away?

If your already placed pre-order is of the same level or below the one from MW5 mercs, you could ask support for a refund on the original mechpack and use the one from MW5 pre-order instead. But be quick about it, since the early adopter phase runs out tonight. You can always gift the code to someone else, of course.

I understand this is still in development, but I would be more encouraged to buy the pre-order if I knew my PC was going to run it. I can't afford to blow $120 for a game, that once it comes out, I need to shell out another $500 to play.

Say A player gets the Marauder 2 Battlemech as a digital code for preordering Mechwarrior 5 Merchs, how come one can not get the hero as an after thought add-on or any of the ones a person did not get for that manner with out having to re-buy the basic pacakge again in game for MWO? For that manner how come it does not count for the events for bonus loot bags for the lucky charms event?

well, it does? Onece you redeem your mwo code, you count as having bought the mechpack. You can upgrade all you like.

Sadly I can not buy the hero mech, and have the code for MW5 listed as redeemed, and the level I went with did not include the hero, yet MWO does not see this as a fact. I can live with it not counting for the extra loot bags for the lucky charms event, though that seems off as well, I guess I will have to wait for MC to get it then.

you know, there is a ttal of three codes to be redeemed? One for the MC and stuff, one for the Mechpack and one for the titles and cockpit items.
My guess is you only redeemed the first one and then forgot about the others, as they were added at a later time.

I had four codes to redeem, I only purchased the standard community edition. I could not remember where the codes originally came from since there were no links in my receipt, I finally went back to https://mw5mercs.com and logged in to find those codes. All redeemed now and should be good to go.

This might have been obvious for most of you, but in case anyone else who pre-ordered is looking for their codes, go to that address above.


P.S. -- When you get old you start forgetting stuff.

It's now 4 though.

1 code for MC Bundle. It'll say "MW5 Pre-order <insert edition you bought> MWO Bundle".

1 code for digi-stuff. It'll say something weird like "Redeem (961)".

1 code for Marauder 2 pre-order. It'll say "Marauder II".

1 code for the 4 special chassis mechs. It'll say "MW5PreorderVariants".

The date of end pre-order is out, but the min specs still not..i am waiting to buy. But i will not buy somethg on what i can then be only sad looking:(

I have laptop Core I5 2,9GHz, 16GB RAM and Nvidia 650M (2GB RAM), no SSD.
Can someone advise please?

(please note: this is an educated guess; do not consider this to be anything more than that)
It won't be similar to MWO as it's built on an entirely different engine (Unreal Engine 4).
Looking at recent games using that engine to establish some kind of minimum ballpark, they don't go below GTX660 in minimum spec - and the 660 outclasses your 650M about twice over.
