Not a new thing at all. Just need to play the game rather than post on the forums

Thats what I thought, from the top down lights meds/heavy assauts. It gets wonky sometimes when the populations are crazy in some categories. Like a heavy in a lance with 3 lights.

Assaults have been in Charlie Lance for.... hell, as long as I can remember.

Your mistake is thinking you need to screen for your assaults. That's what leads to nascar. You should be next to/behind your assaults and using them as cover to shoot the enemy. Expose when they do. Use them as a resource. And while you are at it, taking out any light mechs trying to backstab them is a good idea.

Koniving, That first screenshot that has the names displayed is group queue. That makes it irrelevant to positioning by lance.

True. But posting images from a tablet is a royal pain.

Also have numerous matches that are recent where I am in alpha or bravo. Which is why I never noticed. But the bulk of the heavies and assaults are in Charlie now that I look at them.

I'm curious how many MWO noob careers he's ruined with his terribad advice. How many quit in frustration after they took his advice and got smashed over and over? It's pretty sad to think about.
