Stealth Mechanics Question

why is it that both my mechs Commando and Enforcer have 10 heatsinks but my Enforcer does not accumulate heat in fact it dissipates while stealth is active but my Commando will keep on increasing heat while setalth is active. this is the same in all maps, may it be cold or hot.

Both on double heatsinks I guess?

my commando is using single heatsink that is why
