Beautiful.

But I think it's better if pgi releases another IS mech with weapons mounted in the groin.

*sigh* OK, so Giorgio appears to have gone largely the same route I was headed. Yay. Back to the drawing board. Literally. (Nicely done though!)

At this point Arisen, i think I may just need to re-imburse you.

I don't think it is totally bad to have two different artists with imo different styles working relatively similar stuff. The subtle differences are what I find fascinating. I am sure you won't disappoint TheArisen.

The concept art examples are amazing. This game is in its twilight stage but even knowing this in my heart, I would pre order this thing regardless. I love inner sphere mechs and I love the heavy class range, and I love my 75 ton Marauders. Without a doubt I would have a very fun time skilling some of these up as they offer exactly what I already enjoy.

Edit - Jim1's artwork is absolutely stellar, but Georgio's has the arms and cockpit I'd actually want on the thing. I love the king crab's cockpit to look out from and I think Georgio's rendition would give me something really similar.

So Alex tweeted out jjm1's artwork! I also saw Matt Newman on the Outreach Reddit page post in the thread as well as Sean Lang was looking in here earlier. :D

Well I think I'd enjoy it tbh but of course you're free to do what you like. I do enjoy your art works though. :)

Alex is an artist and he knows his Mechs...
The artworks presented here should generate attention, they really show what you can do even with suboptimal TRO-art and somewhat awkward minis. The fact that the DFire is a perfect addition to MWO in terms of lore and potential in-game performance should seal the deal in an ideal world.

A -P varient could be an easy lrm20x2/mrm30x2 plus ammo instead of the ballistics, inflate as needed the m hard points.

jjm1 did such an excellent job with the Dragon Fire that his is being used to represent the Lyrans.
https://unitcolorcom...m/lyran-guards/

Also the guys at UCC have the template so it's possible we'll get to see the Dragon Fire in other unit colors! If anyone does decide to do a re-paint of jjm1's DFire I'd very much appreciate you sending it my way so that it can be posted here. Of course feel free to post it here yourself. =)

If it has this kind of torso, it will be a master in rolling damage (unless you are caught unware and from the side but then you have made a mistake anyway...).
Also, do I see a bit of a Vulcan cockpit section?
