Wouldnt it make more sense just to fix the Raven we already have?
1) update the raven's hardpoints/quirks so its not completely terrible at combat
2) give the raven a unique ability like multi-targeting
3) make tag/narc/bap not suck so the raven can fulfill a secondary role as an EW specialist

How does the NARC suck? one of the most powerful weapons in the game if not most powerful.
