Hello,
sorry if my post repeats someones offers. Its hard to read when english is not your native language.

Offers:

1. Make a setting "Override Engaged ON by default" in options. Which turns it on by default and removes this blinking title over the screen. It's a shame to die because simply forgot to turn it on at the beginning of the battle.

2. When Arm lock is on or off, we have two types of Mech`s mouse control.
If enabled, the mouse slips during fast movements and its uncomfortable to play.
If off - everything is fine.
The idea to make when turned on, as it is now when turned off. i.e first the camera turns with no limitations and then the cross gradually turns to the point of camera.

3. Independent twist of legs and torso.
Make alternative control which allow to twist legs without twisting the torso. Like a modern tank, when it rotating on the same spot its barrel look in same direction. Mech of course has maximum yaw limitation.

The arm lock dose have a button, I do belive it is bound to the L key by default. But what you are talking about is something i am able to do with the free look button with allows me to look around my cockpit and aim my arms in the direction im trying to look. Its not a good way to do it but its what we have untill we can start using both VR head sets, with keyboard and mouse.

But on the terms of the option to be in override or not by default might be an intresting idea. As far as what your talking about the independent twist, might be comething closer to perhaps a torso lock withs locks the torso in the direction you are looking at if thats what your looking for it could be of some help.

Yes, i know about the button to change "arm lock" mode, and about "free look". But convient way of mouse control is only avaible when "Arm lock" is off. Thats why i play only mechs that dont have lower arm actuators or i can turn it off (clan mechs) to shoot all my weapons in one spot at least horizontallyPosted Image Most games have this type of mouse control, when you freely move your camera by mouse, but barrel (torso, arms) moves to this point in its own speed.

Something has happened to Default F for piloting too since I last played. A couple of years ago it used to hold course the second you let off the F key now it keeps going, trying to match your facing it's annoying as hell taking you into collision courses while your trying to walk on a bearing and fire. Now it straightens you up to walk straight at the target instead of behind that cover.
