Nothing wrong with a challenge or a grind people. Be glade it not like world of tanks unlock a free tier 8 premium challenge. It takes 52 hours of play and thats only if you are a god player.
These missions are very tame and I like them. Its not like get 10 headshots and we give you 10k mc.

These are just missions and dont have to be completed. The old, oh he got the missions done because he put in more effort. Its not fair please blow my nose for me. Dumbing events down is not a good thing.

End of my rant. Ps I have a 2 year old running around and I get these done ok.

doing lootbags via damage-numbers is bad, to be blunt.

it FURTHER encourages hiding and lurming. spraying 1000dmg is quite easy this way, though games are unfun and will probably still get lost. no point in running a low-dmg-number mech during the entire event, right..?

sorry, but meh. pls rethink that.

I am worried about the missile boater increase this event will cause through the length of phase 1 (i.e. the entire event). It would be nice if AMS damage was included in damage done stats then it would feel more balanced because maining triple AMS builds could still net you progress in the event.

I thought so too, but if you conservatively calculate 250dmg per match, it will take you 200 matches to reach 50,000 damage.

200 matches is around 11-12 matches per day over the entire period.

The 750 assists take place over 12 days, requiring 63 assists per day. If remaining at 12 matches per day, that's around 5 assists per match.

It's still a grind for sure, and definately a challange, but hopefully it'll be doable.

Yes and no. The last batch of champions added were just PGI creations that they needed for the Solaris divisions to be used as trial mech options. That's how we got that night star and roughneck champion version. I mean it was obvious those builds didn't come from the community, especially not the roughneck (1 point of CT rear armor but 10 pts of side torso rear armor).

Uh, thats the result of me rarely looking for the trial mechs these days. :)

Why ? I've gotten 113 assists in less than 2 days and I haven't been playing that frequently. 750 shouldn't take me more than 12 days.

If you're like me with five or six kodiak 3s already...then the KDK-3(C) is the mech to take and re-sell with the highest cbill payout value.

That means you need to step up your game, and play every day basically - or you'll fall short :\

Events are getting Harder and Harder and rewards are getting Worse.
The Grind is so painful I give up.

The Thing I loved about the Lucky Charms event was if your team sucks and get destroyed by stupidity, you could still get a loot bag for doing good in a bad game.

I spent a whole match chasing 3 lights away from the assaults and we won, the assaults all did over 500 damage but I only did 190 damage, I was playing one of the best games on my life and no loot bag for me.

To make this easier I recommend using loadouts based around raw sustained DPS spammage. RACs in particular are designed specifically for this kind of thing. Pack 2 or 3 of them on a heavy and you should get 500+ damage quite frequently.

*Not saying I like the requirements, just explaining a way to help mitigate the issue.
