Canon mech scale is given as 8 to 14 meters.

What did we learn today, class?
That's right: artistic depictions are not valid scale reference unless explicitly stated otherwise. :P

like all those weird browser MMO's recylcing the same graphics with bad photoshop skills where hardly a Situation makes sense.

and 153 isn't even that bad. It's bad, but if everyone who had 153 or less damage in a game quit, there would be no players.

Agreed. At least 2-3 Assaults in a single match can't even do that much.

7 to 16, according to 2018's Battletech Battlemech Manual (try to say that 3 times fast).
Though Battlemechs have been in the fluff as 6 meters tall, such as the Firefly (but if you look at Firefly, its more long than tall).

Agreed though. Artistic references are known to exaggerate in order to create emphasis such as emotional or otherwise. For example, there was a novel in which the narrating character (as it was from the character's perspective rather than an omniscient one) suddenly faced an Atlas out of nowhere... he described it as 39 meters tall..

Later, when he was no longer terrified because he was no longer in danger (as an orbital shot took it out), he seemed baffled in how it shrunk to only 14 meters (which is still taller than the more common 13+).

(Keep in mind that's including the 3100s where they do get bigger with the more than 100 ton mechs.)

For comparison, the Gouf Custom in 08th MS Team is 18.8 meters. Edit. Looked at my model again. "18.2 meters."

Know what else is? Know how tall MWO's Atlas is? 18.8 meters.

MWO's Atlas is taller than a ******* gundam (as actually the gundam from that show is the same height as the Gouf Custom Zaku).

The canonical height of the Timber Wolf post-1995 is 12.6
Before that, it was 11.557 meters.

MWO's current version is just shy of 16 meters tall at the top of the launcher.

Got teamkilled,

Will leave this ****, because of the community. That is it, nobody can help, joining unit isn't an option.

DEFINITELY NO REASON TO STAY.

If you spent the energy you used to complain the whole last match on getting better, you would easily be one of the best players in the game. But hey, everyone has different priorities I suppose.
