I made a group with a friend and tried to launch. However, even if it waited for more than an hour, it did not match at all.
I was Tier 2 and he was Tier 3

Are there any current solutions?

Outside of NA prime time (~6PM -midnight US CT) group queue is often is barren of population. Only solution is to sync drop with your friend in solo queue like everyone else.

I would like to try that until PGI makes some corrections.
