Cant login.... started after finished match

I'm part of a clan loyalist unit who have invested most of our funds on clan mechs. At no point did anyone tell us that at some point our time and money spent would be half of what it is now. Thats flat out garbage.

Its not right to ask people to basically start again buying mechs, tech and leveling them up just to play in a game mode that we have played in without problems since it first began.

just wanted to point out, in PTS, the time it takes to level up a freshly bought mech is a lot quicker, you're not going to need to earn the XP, you are given a ton of GXP, probably enough to skill up 2 decks worth of new Heros, you do get 2mil MC (that amount I do recall)

other then that, I understand your sentiment

30 Minutes after new Attack Phase. Still can not log in.

Okay.. so there are 2 situations kicking off that Error 63.

1) On phase switching
2) Whenever it feels like it

We have a potential fix for this that is going into QA's hands right now. If the fix works, we'll push out a new version of PTS tomorrow. We'll also reduce the phase timers to something around 2hrs per phase instead of the current 6. But right now, that Error 63 thing can last for up to 90 minutes... 90 minutes out of 2hrs isn't very helpful.. so I'll report back tomorrow with any progress and QA results.

We are going to cycle services as I am typing this which should clear up the current congestion.

Same Here Error 63,

Completed 2 incursion matched fine. phase finished. Group we were in broke would update to scouting. left group tried to launch solo failed to find match. tried 3 times. Logged out and now error 63 for the past 35-40 minutes

Was able to login earlier but games dwindled to 0/0. Logged out then back in Error Code 63. Went loading once but never completed. No problems joining regular MWO games, so it's not my connection. No luck playing any PTS.

Ya, ya, played as solo, played as 2man, then 3man then 4-5man,... but, what's the point Paul, queue timer is too short, games are created before MM has any chance of kicking in, games go of as soon as there are 12+ ppl on both sides.

Darn, was playing at the end of faze 3, so dunno. Might check tomorrow.

Stuff that I liked:
- chat works while searching, so we can chit-chat etc
- even if one side is overpopulated, it does not get the lobby to wait enemy in, so they do not get extra time to sink dropdecks and tactic, both sides have same lobby time to get themselves organized

Stuff that I do not like:
- beep-beep-beep-beep-beeeeeeep
- queue time is way to short making any MM attempt futile
- beep-beep-beep-beep-beeeeeep
- MM based on PSR? really? well, ok, it is only thing you have currently, so, ok, will not nag too much about that
- beep-beep-beep-beep-beeeeeep
- locked modes! this is bad, really bad. Ppl love and hate some modes, and in 3 fazes you managed to put 2 that are not so popular with FP regulars. Personally, I would prefer if fazes had different tonnage or one side getting more defense depending on previous faze outcome.

- lobby time is still 60sec, pls, pls, make it at least 90
- oh, have I mentioned flashing icon in taskbar and beep-beep-beep-beeep loop?

does this mean I'll have to wait possibly up to 90 minutes ?
I wasn't getting the error yesterday, but today it's all I see

ETA: closed launcher, made this post, relaunch launcher, no Error 63, game loading

Services should have restarted now and the Error 63 clog should have freed up for now.

If the fix I mentioned works in tonight's internal build, you shouldn't see the Error 63 thing at all. As of RIGHT NOW, you may see it later after a phase change... this service reset was just meant to clear the current jam that's happening.

either the fix fixed it, or me relaunching the launcher worked as a fix, was a cross post with me updating

the constant beeping makes me wanna stab myself.
BUT! changing the phases to a 2 hour window is much better!
We could see a planet changing every 6 hours, give us real hard incentive to push a planet....itl be awesome.

okay back in . . and guess I'm just happen to be playing when it's scouting time . .due to just having 3 phases available, Scouting will be all I get to do in this testing phase,
looking forward to the phase time change.

Those of you getting back in recently is the restart of services. Next phase change, that error 63 has a high probability of returning.
