Easy-Ish Fixes For Incursion

PGI, there's a reason why people don't like incursion. In most games it plays like skirmish except with a time-wasting touch of a base at the end. This is because the intermediate objectives often aren't worth getting, ie the radar and artillery. There are two easy-ish ways to make incursion more differentiated and worth playing.

1. Make the radar last longer. Right now it disappears faster than the team can react to the new information. The light or medium that's taken out of the game to get that radar could have been used for damage dealing and it's often not worth it for them. Make the radar last 10 seconds and it would be much more worthwhile to get.

2. Make the artillery hit where the majority of their mechs are, similar to the old FP long tom except less powerful. Something as powerful as a regular skilled arty would be worthwhile again for taking that light off the battlefield. Right now the air control tower is completely useless. You guys have the code for the long tom, just apply it to incursion and make the strike less strong.
