I'll be amongst the hopefuls when apps reopen. I was going to apply about the sametime my friend PhirePhox applied but I was having some computer issues so I didn't want to apply at that time. So I fixed my issues and I'm ready, I just need to get me a headset when I have some spare change hanging around.

would you guys have room for an ex-skye ranger when recruitment opens back up? and if you wish to know why i am no longer a member, i can give you the short version or a copy of the conversation that lead up to me and the unit parting ways. (just cause i know some people will see the ex part of it and wonder why i am no longer a ranger.)

Finally decided to join the Skjaldborg and for the same reasons. My laptop wasn't up to snuff; got an amazing fulltower desktop now though. That and packing to transfer to a new college. Really lucked out this semester too, full class load but only 3 days out of the week and physics being the only hard class. Plenty of spare time to dedicate to early training and getting a real feel for my fellow lancemen. Gonna apply the second they reopen recruitment.

Providing info as to why you left would certainly help your application process, as we definitely look into player's histories. Otherwise, your app will have the same chance of acceptance as everyone else's.

Yeah I went from a core 2 dual 2.4 to a core 2 extreme quad 2.66 literally a day and night difference. Hopefully I'll be able to go back to school in the spring. Trying to get my freezed financial aid unlocked, so I can start making payments again and go back.

Came here because of a conversation I had with Taryys one of your members.

Looking for a group as I am tired of PUG fights where there is absolutely no strategy.

I have been involved with Battletech since it first came out.

I am available for Mech battles from about 9:30 -12:00 PM EST almost every night.

I hold my own in PUG games running around two kills for every time I am killed. not great but pretty good considering I try to help out my "team mates" even when they don't have a clue.

My personal MWO belief - winning is important but the number one goal is having fun.

Not much on role playing but not totally against it either.

Can provide more info if need be.

We're waiting on the final purge/changeups. Our leaders are out working and we haven't had time to prep for the new wave of applications.

However, we ARE on schedule (as near as we can tell), so expect the floodgates to open late tonight, or early tomorrow morning.
