As for the event, we are probably doing something silly like that in April. No promises, but I think it sounds like a blast 8)

We have an application process, and once that is started, and there is enough information on the application to be able to frame questions around, we ask various questions to get a feel for you, and you can get a feel for us, and our humor.

We also have Team speak (ts3) once your application is started and you have a thread, feel free to ask on it, for access and we'll PM the information.

Ok but seriously it's been long enough since my last one. I started a new job which helps with being happy. We in the borg are entering our 3rd in house tournament with 8 teams of 5 people each signed up (yes internal, i.e. only SoR are playing). (for those that can't math thats 40 people) our roster of active members is 120 strong in MWO alone, our member list is 290 ish...

We play more than just SoR, with active Star Citizen, Warthunder, Wargame, and Wildstar divisions. We also have a large mega mek campain going on.

Each month we have Skjaldborg days, where we get together in various Free to play games, and have a good romp, some mechwarrior Living legends, some pretend you are Xyzzy, and various other fun, drunken games.

We have an active TS3 server that you rarely find 0 people online (sure it happens once in a while, but where does it not happen?) We are friends with at least 2 other units, and known by many (some known good, and some known bad, but meh can't please everybody.)

I have to say that the Skjaldborg is a unit that seriously enjoys our fun. Just yesterday we tested private lobbies with 9 locusts & a cicada vs 2 atlai... much explody goodness.

Hey SoR, just wanted to thank you again for last night's shenanigans. That was some of the most fun I've had in MWO in... forever. Who knew there was actually a purpose for third person view after all?

So, hachet...hoof? Sounds wrong somehow, but it beats brobump I reckon. Great fun and I look forward to more such matches in the future.
