Gotta love ill-equipped house units. Sounds like a juicy target.

Simon Gallagher is a truly gifted logistics officer serving in the new Federated Commonwealth military after a somewhat troubled rise through the ranks, including a disastrous turn as chief of staff for the 1st Argyle Lancers. He decided to go back to school, and attended the war college at NAIS in 3041. Two years later, after his graduation, he took the post of Director of Support Services for the Avalon Hussars, and it was during the ensuing four years he would distinguish himself in his work -- but not to his fellow soldiers. In 3047 he readily accepted a promotion to Director of Logistics and XO of the Crucis March regional command, serving well under Field Marshal Ardan Sortek for the next fourteen years, mostly because his new position allowed him to focus exclusively on logistics while leaving personnel decisions in other, more capable hands.

Citizens of the Federated Commonwealth! Your so-called "Prince" Hans Davion wreck national economy and military in endless wars. Accept peace and prosperity granted by Wisdom of the Dragon. Join your planets to the strong family of Draconis Combine.

Yeah, if you call that wisdom... lyin' yella-bellied snakes.

(OOC: I love the inter-state rivalries, hehe.)

Glorious means it, and if you DON'T join peacefully, then we will not take the blame for any innocents harmed during the unfortunate conflicts necessary in returning your planet to it's proper ruler.

PS, Simon Gallagher looks like a Rat...as does his Prince and all members of the Federated Suns Defense Forces...must be something in their poor training...

Funny. Especially when the snakes can only win a war when they've comstar feeding them Star League era Mechs and equipment. For all their talk of "honor and duty" seems to me they'll dance the pipers tune with the best of 'em.

Samurai use the best weapon selection, be it katana or mech. Hmm... why the name Sharilar Mori float in my mind? Ahh yes, Precentor Dieron, right hand of current Primus Waterly and her protege. ;-)

P.S. And yeah, interstate struggles is so coool! :-)

Ahh yes, we used some advanced tech Mechs the Toasters had forgotten to remove the high end stuff from when we recieved it...hardly a huge level of technology, nor mechs. Especially as we stopped the forces of TWO successor states cold....

When facing a larger army, do you think it honorable to not take the best sword available? Or do you merely talk tough when you are not facing death yourself?

Arden Sortek, and yet you can't even declare for the Suns. They USED to be decent enemies. You'll probably be in a clan mech as soon as they're available...

Hey, Ardan, let's see how much they're bragging and demanding when they NEED us to clean up after them on the battlefield. :)

Who's bragging. It's widely agreed that the Combine won the war of 3039. As for cleaning up on the battlefield after us, we will allow you to do so, body removal is a sorrowful duty, no matter who the enemy was.

Hanse recognized he had been out manuevered by Theodore and stopped hostilities out of respect to his opponent. Had he chosen to continue on the offensive then the Combine would not have been able to stand, even with the added support from Comstar. The Prince blinked and the war ended, the Combine only "won" because Hanse let them.

The only bodies that will be cleared are yours, and we'll just stand around laughin' while it happens.

If you've got the cash, we've got troubleshooters that can assist in any 'mech support you may need.

Unless of course, you prefer hoping fate deals you a lance full of free lancers that just happen to be able to get whatever job you need done when your three-quarters of your force is in sickbeds 'cause they all... ate... at the same establishment.

Drac food is the best food!

Who doesn't like sushi? Healthy and delicious. Better than Davion food, which is mostly Spacefries and Ultraburgers
(out of character here, but an ultrabuger doesn't sound that bad to me either)
