I know, there are so many requests, but we need to talk again about this... 2019 is here, and so many games have this feature. Why we don't? Please PGI, would be great have replays after match to analyze tatics, create more content or just for fun.

Plus.: more steam achievements would be great too!

MWO used to have replay?

Because this video is AMAZING! Imagine what the community can do with this feature!

My guess is they used spectator mode in private match, then recorded with some sort of scree recorder.

All I wanted was a Solaris Battle Royale mode (4 or 8 players) :(

I'd like a 24 mech free for all! First, second, and third place! (the rest still get a small c-bill bonus).

Wow! Nice idea! I like that!

Or maybe 6 teams with 4 players each (a lance)

Replay. That would actually be a good way for new players to learn. Especially if you can also watch in the replay, all players.

While this may not be easy for pgi to implement it can't be understated how many people this could bring to the game with more people able to create and publish content.

Kim Vallantine, your idea gets my SUPPORT because people should definitely have the ability after a Match to be able to go back and see what exactly went wrong, as well as be able to analyze the overall playout of the Match that they were in. Also, from something I could swear that I had previously heard, it happens that PGI themselves already has access to Match Replays in order to catch those ugly cheaters and other such nefarious rule-breakers that mess with the MWO game. So yeah, unless there is some way that adding the ability for the players themselves to review gameplay would end up in a massive toxicity problem for PGI and the MWO environment, it would be worth PGI enabling this. :o

~D. V. "Yes, this game needs the ability for the player to review any Match that they were in." Devnull

PLZ make it like some others multiplayer games have - they just record all games past 24h and then, if you weill not save it, delete. Like in HoTS, WarThunder etc. PLEASE.
P.S. or, at last, add an option to turn it on :)

If you have a reasonably modern Nvidia GPU you will probably have Geforce Experience installed, which includes a really good screen recording feature (used to be called Shadowplay, weirdly renamed to 'Share'). You just set it up and it constantly records to a temp file, then you hit a shortcut to save the last up to 20 mins to a file whenever you want.

I know its not in the game itself, but it works really well.

A) Rather old thread.... Inb4 mods tell me commenting was a no-no.
B: There are software applications that can be setup to record as you play, and save with a hotkey. I have NVIDIA Shadowplay, and 12m is usually plenty long to capture a whole match.
