If you have a reasonably modern Nvidia GPU you will probably have Geforce Experience installed, which includes a really good screen recording feature (used to be called Shadowplay, weirdly renamed to 'Share'). You just set it up and it constantly records to a temp file, then you hit a shortcut to save the last up to 20 mins to a file whenever you want.
I know its not in the game itself, but it works really well.

B: There are software applications that can be setup to record as you play, and save with a hotkey. I have NVIDIA Shadowplay, and 12m is usually plenty long to capture a whole match.
