Which side to choose. I think Smoke Jags. Which one needs players???

Thing is, the answer depends on the time of day...

Click "inner sphere map", and check the state of the queue yourself : You can do that before choosing a side.

It doesn't show you the map til you select a loyalty and faction. That is because you have to choose the faction tab at the top of the screen to get there and that goes straight to the selection only.

Lies. Just one mouse click on the "inner sphere map" button does the trick, as mentioned
