On some maps spotting them can be hard but flicking heat or thermal vision on and off can usually reveal them. Just remember to look up once in a while, pack arm mounted weapons and also zoom out from time to time. (too often I see UAV's in the sky and no one bothers looking up or shooting them, is especially annoying when you have friendly snipers in the back that SHOULD be able to se and pop them real easy if they paid attention.)
Anyway, most difficult one was probably the Light Mech one.

I constantly get 450+ even with 900 damage out from my MCII. That being said, I witched with my ATM33 Veagle, and it became easy. Dang ATM Poptart prolly needs some nerf.

You need to shoot someone successfully, don't get hit and stay that way for 10 or so seconds. Then it counts as a Hit - 'n - Run. The waiting part is where the annoyance is 'cause why would we wait for so long to engage the target again, especially when we were in a great position to fire and not get return fire.

Well... it's the designed mechanic, and to be fair, it is "Hit and RUN", not "Keep Poking Without Receiving Return Fire". If you focus on hitting AND then running away, you will get Hit And Run often and quickly enough, especially on lights and mediums, poptarters, snipers, stealth, etc.

The 500MS one was actually the first I completed. I played 19 matches and got 500 5 times so far. Kinda makes me wish I got the reward every time I completed it... ;-)

In that case, your reward is a La Malinche and this one you can't sell and it's only thing you can use until you level it up.

The funniest thing about Hit & Run is that I get them mostly in assault mechs: Lights comes my way. Bang!! Light goes away whimpering -> Hit & run!

But yeah it's the most unreliable one, I got everything else done but it, and I am standing at a measly 3 / 10.

When I try to get HnR's I never get them

Okay so:
Be in engagment range (sensor range)
Shoot an enemy mech, everry point of damage you inflict counts as 1 point
Every point of damage you recieve counts as -2points.
If you recieve more then -14 points, hit and run reward will not be granted and score is zeroed.
If you have a score of 10 or more and disengage for more then 10 seconds, hit and run reward is granted
If you inflict or take damage before you reach a score of -15 points the 10 second timer resets.
Easiest way to get hit and run reward is:
Be in sensor range
shoot someone for 10+ damage
do not get shoot at
wait for 10+ seconds without engaging.
If you do get shot at, make sure it's less then 7,5 damage total or less then 7,5 damage + half your inflicted damage.
