I was thinking of when they say "MM", it would be the algorithm which players are picked to get a match. I really want to give these few line of texts a chance, but man, that doesn't make up for all of the sad changes we got.

What we got is that, we could not longer role-play as the faction loyalist we want, it's only ever limited to 2 choices. If at least we could choose to be loyal at one faction, buuuut participate on another faction's story, it would be nice.

And the games, I really preferred the old tug of war, where we can just build up on the game-mode (with random chance of other game modes). When I wanted FP, I was expecting Siege, the Tug-Of-War used to do that with at least a progression that made sense, we can just build up the bar and we could play Siege all we want.

Should be more specific. It has almost reverted back to the original CW wheel, it has simply been modified and visible on the War Log showing both the number of matches won on each side and the bar color coded. From the looks of it there is no longer a max limit, which the previous two setups had. The bad part is that it takes only one more win than the other side to win the current mission setup instead of requiring a percentage (90% / 80% / etc).

On one side if the amount of games are extremely low, in the 2-3 games total, one side can win that session vs the previous tug-of-war setup. From what I can see there is no minimum requirement on the number of drops that need to be completed for the session to be valid. But then dependent on the conflict sometimes all it took was one fight. /shrugs.

Could have simply left out the "new" part and kept it: FP is dumb.

However, it is fun with buddies.

The only thing left for you maybe be is creating own unit and training pugs while calling games .

We dont know each other so i dont know if you have done it or not...

I do miss fighting for planets for the MC. Seeing your unit tag on a planet was cool too.

Now that they fixed the most glaring problems with the "new" fp I have been kind of wondering what was the point of making changes in the first place.

Seems like all that really happened is we traded planet capping and a working scoreboard for a mm which frequently has nothing to work with.

Was there supposed to be more?

This newFP made me want to play Boreal Attack, as it feels like we are playing QP with respawns 90% of the time :(

im actually starting to get comfortable with the new system and a lot of others are too. i dont think the match maker will really do its job until we get more people playing. but it is starting to work, judging by the number of noobs ive been seeing in there. its been awhile since i saw a green mech in fp. when the loyalty fix goes in i would really start thinking about some long running fp events. show the denizens of qp that there is more to this game than nascar.

apparently all the coiners are in quickplay and solaris?
i envy having different places to be farmed, i could die like a champ in solaris city ;)
