3240x1920 averages 110 fps
2700x1600 averages 151 fps
anything lower res hits my limiter at 180 fps
All game settings maxed, except PostAA instead of TXAA
I have only used the standard OC/Game boost settings. No extra ordinary cooling, stock CPU fan, stock GPU reference blower, no registry hacks to get extra GPU cycles.
Basically.. out of the box settings, very minimal OC. Off the shelf case. Basically same config files I ran on my FX 8350 and R9 390x box. Just released the 60 FPS limit to 180 FPS.
System is very stable.

I have upgraded my system to a 3600 plus rx5700xt and I have to say I am still unhappy with mwo.
I am hitting 180 fps in testing ground but as soon as I am in an actual match my fps drop down to maybe 80 with low peaks in the 60s. Solaris city around 60 fps. All settings are at low except textures at high.
At this point I don't know what to think. Or do.
It cannot be the 12 cores vs my 6, as mwo doesn't really take advantage of the number of cores.
It would be lovely if a developer chimed in to address what might be the problem with AMD hardware and propose suggestions on how to mitigate it.

Im wondering whats maxing out your cpu or gpu? Can you run a monitor and see if you're maxing out 1 core on the cpu or the gpu?

For this game 3900x build due to single core cpu speed.
Games post 2015 3600x build because the better vcard is what would matter.
