You are directly supporting epic games and their technology any time you buy a game running on unreal.

But in the issue of Exclusivity Deal, it is.

We don't need Epic Games to tank, we need them to stop what they are doing by showing that it does not work.

Uhm. Exclusivity for a huge pile of cash is hardly a new thing in gaming.

Never said that it's a not a new thing.

We have been implying that it's a bad thing. Consoles can get away with that because of hardware differences. Companies having their own launchers on their own games are tolerable. Strong-arming the market by gating games on the delusion of competition isn't.

You can't strong arm someone into using a luxury good.

Tell that to the masses.

How do you know, let's say on, Android or iOS, that the game you are running is using the Unreal Engine.

According to Jimquisition's coverage of games going Epic Exclusive and the MechWarrior Community's response with MW5, seems to be the case.

We were all hoping, even made by PGI, MW5 would sell. They can't split up the Community like that. This happened with MechWarrior 3 and 4. Microsoft released MW4 too fast and the Community split and both games died before the MSN Gaming Zone was killed.
