- On my taste that builds are work great on Hatamoto and Charger.

Charger CGR-1A5:
Std275 (can be changed to Light)
AC20(6t Ammo) + 3xSRM6+artemis(4t Ammo) + 2ML

Hatamoto-Chi HTM-28TR
Std285
2xMRM20 (6.5t Ammo) 4xML + 7xDH

Works nice in protecting assaults and deliver damage to heavy.

Isn't Artemis for LRM and Streaks ?!

I don't see the benefit for MRM and SRM builds...

Artemis shouldn't affect streaks much at all, anymore. PGI patched that out (and it was an error that it was in there, in the first place). The benefit of Artemis on SRMs is that it tightens the spread, so more missiles hit a single component and raise the chance of a crit or kill.
