Me thinks all players deserve a properly working matchmaker,
and IMO that would of been a better business/money decision for PGI as well.
I mean how many "Russ I'm not happy I'm not in Tier one forum threads do you see.

More of a problem that there are too many people who are in Tier 1 with a 32% on Jarls list due to lack of players. Tiers list is out dated and needs to be niched at this point.
