Are the sales mechs' mech packs going on sale in the store as well?

Oh, and regarding that spooky bundle, does it unlock the phranken pattern for all of those four mech variants we own? Like, I'll own the full kung crab phranken pattern and can use it for all of my king crabs?

FYI, for anyone wondering the same, I bought it and confirmed that the package does indeed unlock a permanent Phraken pattern for all four mech types. Not just the ones included.

Well maybe you should point me to the thread that tells a different story. The last time Russ spoke about MWO and how long it would keep going, there was no definite answer there and they have shutdown adding mechs.
Even Matt didn't respond to how long the servers would stay up with the mech sales we get here. With no details coming from PGI, all we can do is guess.

1 year renewals are common for trademarks too... this has come back to haunt some companies who forget though.. for example... WWE tends to trademark all the "character" names of wrestlers in their employ who aren't already wrestling under their own actual names. This prevents wrestlers from building up a strong fan base and then leaving the company and using the same names in other promotions. In the case of Monty "Kip" Sopp, better known as Billy Gunn... the WWE sued TNA when he first went there in the early 2000s over some of the early names he was performing under being the same as he was in WWE, however recently they failed to renew the trademark on Billy Gunn and Monty was able to buy it and as he now owns the trademark he can perform under that name wherever he wants.

If i would know that my Money would be used to kep the Servers running and not beeing invested in that other game i would so open my wallet to buy some mc to get some viragos and another Sleipnir atleast. and that pattern for several Chassis.

it would be great if they gave us a unique pattern or the GSP / CB to directly outfit the mechs & skills, this way you can just wait for december and buy them normally

I was worried as well, but after the deal with Epic I'm sure they have the resources to keep MWO in maintenance mode for a few years at least. If MW5 does well, all the better for MWO.

The other reason for this is I suspect PGI has tentative plans to do a lot of cross-platform promotions--like cbills/mc for MWO after buying DLC for MW5, and other shenanigans, in a last ditch effort to build a larger playerbase for mwo and have the two work in concert. It likely won't be that successful, but it might keep the game around a bit longer as well. It will be interesting to see what happens regardless.

This seasonal bundle is a good idea when Mech packs are not available.

Would be great if they would re-launch the Steam Performance bundles in the Gift Store.

I know that, as was the Firestorm, that's on sale again. My point is, since all Firestarters seem to be intended to be on sale, Ember could've been forgotten.
