Here's my thoughts on the prize mechs:

I love the idea of having unique c-bill bonus special mechs that would be impossible for me to buy etc. These mechs come from the Steam Performance Pack, which was before my time. Here's the original thread for that:

They're cool, but I'm not personally excited about the four being offered. I suppose I'd choose the Shadow Cat or Crab27B, because Shadow Cats are versatile and I could always find something new to do with a c-bill bonus variant, however, the same could be done with the Shadow Cat hero. The Crab27B(S) is completely unique, but the 27B is kind of an inferior version of the 27, and I already have a Crab-27® with a c-bill bonus from the Resistance Pack. I think the Mist Lynx is the weakest of all of them and a special variant is redundant because of the Mist Lynx hero, which is an omnimech. Same situation as with the Shadow Cat. The only thing I don't have is a special Panther 10K, but I'm also planning on buying the wrath pack in a month or two so that I can get the 'R' Panther-10K and Enforcer.

So, unique special variants with c-bill bonuses are always great, but these aren't that unique compared to what we can buy with real $$$ or with MC. Still a free offering, which is also great, and I wouldn't complain about free stuff.

That said, you know what's more unique? Those other mechs from the performance pack. The heavies and assaults. If Matt/PGI could include the other Performance Pack mechs in the prize choices, that would be really awesome. The Ebon Jag is just like the invasion one, but the Grasshopper doesn't have a special 5H anywhere else to my knowledge. Same with the assaults. The Warhawk C(S) is a lot like the invasion Prime one, but that Zeus is unique. I'd probably go with the Zeus in that case, or the grasshopper.

As it is, I suppose I'm most likely to choose the Shadow Cat.

What do you think, @Matt ?

Can we get the other Performance Pack mechs included in the prize offering? That'd be so coooool.

52% of my 100 loot bags contained trash, like c-bills and consumables.
10% contained 1 GSP.
18 % summary contained 4200 GXP (5 skill nodes)

Dude, it's damage, not matchscore. MS is phase 1.

Hey @Matt, any chance you could extend the event by a week...?

I play a couple of hours (or more) of FP a day. However, because FPers can only earn one match score every 30 minutes, it takes us a lot longer to accumulate the match score necessary to reach 150 loot bags.

(This is particularly true since the match score for not using all 4 Mechs was reduced earlier this year, and also, the damage for 'attached components' was removed from the damage calculations.)

you probably reached the max lootbags of 100 for Phase 1.

Out of 100 picks from stage 1:

C-Bills: 2,675,000 (24%)
GXP: 5,200 (24%)
MC: 550 (23%)
Premium: 5 days (5%)
GSP 29 (5%)
Consumables: 19 (19%)

I suspect the winner was the 25 GSP bag....

Nope... yesterday evening prepatch I had 55 out of 100 in phase 1. Now I have 50/100 in phase 1 and 5 out of 50 in phase 2.
Meaning I cannot complete the event if this is not fixed?!

Phase 2 is 25,000 DAMAGE not match score. I did it in about 35 matches.

25,000 damage in 35 matches is about 714 dmg. per match.

In FP the min dmg should bee 1000+ each game.
