No need for caps.. yelling does no good :)

System configuration
ISP
Wired or wireless
Brand/model of router and modem / reboot both
Test using a VPN since it could help reroute your path from your system to PGI servers, both authentication (always connected to) and game servers.

:)

Anyhow..

-- VPN redirects you to their server before sending you to your destination
-- By doing so, it MAY reroute you pass any problematic router systems (one player had to try 2 different VPN before his constant connectivity issues with MWO servers disappeared, testing both with and without VPN).
-- It also encrypts your data so that ISP/system (except for VPN) cannot see your data/traffic.
-- Not all games are VPN friendly (SOE-DBG Planetside is one example)
-- VPN usually adds some travel time but more likely will also reduce jitter/packet loss if your non-VPN connection/pathway has issues
-- Many to whom I have suggested VPN to troubleshoot connectivity issues saw improvements, eliminating disconnects and packet loss to the MWO servers.
-- Several free VPN and other services may come with their own VPN (norton 360, etc). Also read their monitoring policy carefully.
