Ninja III: The Domination (1984)
Rated R
The spirit of a ninja hunts down it's foes.
This movie stars Sho Kosugi and Lucinda Dickey, with David Chug as the 'black ninja'. Produced by Cannon Inc., this movie starts with a golfing game turned into a blood bath as a ninja cuts down his victims. The police are fast upon the ninja and add lead to his diet. The ninja then happens upon a lineman played by Lucinda and takes possession of her character. After grasping hold of a floating ninja sword also known as a Ninja-To or To-Ken (and not a karate sword for the hordes of idiots), she hunts down the police officers who gunned the ninja down. One of the officers finds his end in a hot tub, another pair at a funeral. In the final fight after Sho Kosugi forces the spirit back into it's body, the lady lineman stabs the ninja with his own sword which causes him to spiral into the ground and cause an earthquake.
Not really one for kids, although may be suitable for younger teens despite the R rating. Violence, a few curse words, no direct nudity but rather implied, and mild spooky special effects. This movie is typical of 80's martial art movies. Thin plot, lots of action and dead bodies littering up the place.

While they are both "Ninja" movies, they are separate film scripts and are not related. However I must admit, American Ninja is a great movie.
