I mean if anti-cheat software will make these kinda threads go away I'm all for it.


I also suggest watching some videos or streams of skill players to see how easy it is to read the movements of clueless opponents.
How you can pre-fire that smoking PPC mech who thinks he is being so sneaky and snappy.
Just watch it from the other side perspective. You'll see how 5 people are just waiting for you to do that peek again.

You can talk as much sense as you want, Navid. All they will do is make excuses.

I am most definitely for an anti cheat. You, however, hhod, will never be taken seriously about this sort of thing, especially since this came up almost immediately after being dunked on by 4 of the best players in the entire game. What's even funnier? They don't need yo cheat. Anyone who does in a game as low skill as this one is simply pathetic. And those whining about cheaters? Pathetic as well.
alright in one week, clans op, best players cheat, what's the next excuse for getting dunked?

They will just yell how clans are op, maps are bad, there is no defence vs spawn camp, ECM op etc.

So back to the original topic, getting rid of the ingame wallhack (target spotted) should be easy, just remove it or make the icon stop moving when visual/radar is lost on the target. And the ingame autoaim (streaks) shouldn't be to hard either, some nerfs here some buffs there, just rebalance them to not be an anti-light weapon. Could also make them not fire all the missiles when fired, which probably fits lore better too.
But what should we do about lrms and atms? They are both also mostly auto aim but not sure how you would make lrms work without it. I mean streaks are basically just auto aim srms but lrms having indirect fire makes them different and atms are kind of in the middle. Might just have to leave lrms as they are, maybe change the angle up a bit, indirect buff to hills and short buildings. Atms could just have less damage.

I've heard there is already anti-cheat measure in this game. It paints a yellow square on the chitter's mech so the chitter is easily recognisable...
