Does throttle decay work at all? For me there is no difference when it's on or off except that sometimes I can't even start movement with WASD and have to use numpad(after it starts moving it's okay). Nevertheless I have to use "full stop" button all the time or just throttle down because otherwise mech won't stop.

That sounds like an input issue.

Have you tried blowing the cheeto dust out of your wasd?

I have fixed it by deleting GameUserSettings.ini and restarting game.

find sometimes I have to double tap the "W", to start moving again

when I play a kodiak I can press W, go make some coffee, come back and it just might start moving

???? Kodiak? Did you travel so far coreward that you reached Clan space? How did you get a Kodiak in MW5?
