• 32:45 - Guide to making levels
• 34:08 - New biomes and missions. "Yes"
• 34:28 - Missing Betty sounds
• 34:45 - DLC pass? No decision yet. At least two DLCs planned now (small company)
• 36:25 - Dropship updates
• 36:55 - BT historical events? PGI has no plans
• 37:20 - new mission types. On the way
• 37:30 - Long question
• 37:50 - What is DLC conflicts with mod
• 39:20 - access to AI scrips. AI are in behavior trees, which are modifiable. Weapon groups are deeper (in code).
• 40:30 - universal hardpoints. PGI has no plans, but could be modded
• 41:00 - biome heat impacting mech performance
• 42:20 - Code mods - not in next update
• 44:20 - Clan Invasion. No plans.
• 44:50 - PvP in MW5. PGI has no plans.
• 46:10 - What is paid DLC vs unpaid. Notes will describe each.

Not that I've seen. Given there was nothing about MWO at all from Russ, despite in Dec saying there would be news in Jan... Kinda demotivated me and there was basically nothing about MWO.
The_b33f summarised the MWO part of the update better than I ever could: HERE
There was some good news for modders. Audio is now there/coming. So modders can actually mod that part (good news). More stuff to come for mod tools, still not a fully equipped mod tool - PGI working on it and more to come.
That's the cliffnotes mainly. DLC stuff is no real secret, didn't listen to that part.

Russ strongly implies the recent lull in MWO development was because they were so busy with MW5. That's reasonable, but what now?
All this doesn't quite sound like a definite "MWO is dead" to me. Though it could well mean it. Phil said in a recent podcast that it's hard to understand why PGI would put any resources towards MWO when they could spend the same resources towards new MW5 content. And I agree this could be the real problem.
