Nice. Also see a lot of other stuff I like. Good pointing this out.

PS: Might want to post this at the MW5 subforum.

Can Navid A1 work on MWO's "advanced" zoom?

Just saw the MOD also has the option to finaly change the damage doll to bar graph design. Also you can change the color of the HUD by color wheel.

Does this retain our current mouse sensitivity or will it make it incredibly skittish like in MWO?

Edit : Or make it very lazy like in MW5?

I believe he has adjusted sensitivity when using advanced zoom so it doesn't go crazy!

Yah its kinda hidden. Would be nice if PGI could make a MW5 Forum with subforums for Coop, Mods and so on.

Yeah, they should at least announce it. I was looking for an official forum couple weeks ago and could not find any, they added this sub-forum without informing anybody.

WOW, this looks like a great mod! Advanced zoom is something that should have been included in the original game, and the ability to choose color of the hud - awesome!

And the map in the middle of the lower HUD looks soooo crisp and cool.. Shaped to my own liking.

I should really try this one out!

Great work!

P.S.

Any way to keep the left/right paperdoll orientation as is in the original? I'm quite used to it..

OK so I tried it, and I absolutely LOVE IT! Best mod I've seen so far.

Works without any special install procedure other than C/P the .pak file, and it makes the game so much better for me.

Took me a while to pick a color for the HUD that works on most biomes, ended up with something very similar to the one on the promo pictures here.

I would suggest a few upgrades though:

1) Color save/load
2) Maybe add a tiny glow effect to make the HUD pop even more - like it was in the alpha footage (as an option maybe)
3) Maybe add the color picker somewhere in the paint / mechlab screen, so you can assign different HUD paint to different mechs.
4) Add the name of the pilot when you lock a lancemate to the mech variant tag - that would be VERY helpfull sometimes.
5) Make the Crosshair/Alterometer color separate from the HUD color, because most color settings make the HUD elements look nice, but the crosshair and the alterometer are too bright or too dim.
6) If you really wanna go crazy - HUD elements and Alterometer (the new lines around the crosshair) unique to every mech, or every mech weight category - this would make mechs feel even more different and unique!

Thank you so much for posting this @Sean Lang

I'm currently also using this mod:

Actually I had a brain fart and forgot about that.. and now that you mentioned it, I tried sending a PM to the author, but could not because I had to log in, and the log-in mechanic is bugged and is giving me errors.. Posted Image

But thanks anyway Posted Image

P.S.

It's sorted out now, so I managed to post an expanded version of my post from here to the author Posted Image
