The exact, word-for-word instructions don't work on Windows 11.

This is and odd point for me. I recently bought two new, Windows 11 laptops. MWO works fine on one of them, but not on the other.

just built new 17-12700 system and the link from MrVaad works.Follow instructions carefully and it worked first time for me. I believe I was missing some old Openssl files with my clean install.
