Weapon Changes:
ATMs
The HSL modifier on ATM-12 is reduced to 1.
The HSL modifier on ATM-9 is reduced to 2.
Ballistics
C-MG damage is reduced from 0.10 to 0.08
Game Mechanics
Stealth mechs now glow bright pink when stealth is activated.
The above wouldn’t surprise me in the least.

any mech standing in the cap zone now takes 3 damage per tick
sub 100 damage matches results in an immediate 2 minute penalty, with the usual stacking timer
equipping more than 3 different weapons on your mech results in its immediate deletion from your hangar and the removal of its mechbay.

I think PGI would be more likely to do the opposite.
Also, very occasionally you need 3 weapon types, but that is quite an edge-case.

You're not seeing either clan or is dominate CW (sorry I mean FW... sorry I mean FP) at the moment for example.
