Anyone know what function does the these "pool of wealth" cockpit items do, in the Fafnir Ultimate Pack? Are these cosmetic items only?

Am I blind? Where do you see the names of the cockpit items?

Pool of wealth standing item has no bonus I can see in the mechlab. Haven't found the hanging item...strange.
So don't take my word for it as I don't have thoose from the ultimate pack but I would guess that they don't provide a bonus and are just cosmetic.

When you want to be sure wait for someone who bought the ultimate pack.
Where you get a bonus is from the special Variant with 30% Cbill bonus.

It's just cosmetic, the only C-Bill boosting component of the Fafnir pack is the Special (S) variant.

There are C-Bill boosting cockpit items if you own both the Ultimate packs for the Civil War, Civil War Escalation or Evolution - 5% boosting hanging item and a 5% boosting standing item.

So for my account with 100% IS (Inner Sphere) mechs:

Q: If we buy the "Clan" Evolution Ultimate Packs x2 (ie: Hatamoto-Chi Ultimate Pack + Shugo Ultimate Pack),
will we get both these items, and for my 100% IS mech populated account?

a ) Evolution - 5% boosting hanging item, and

b ) Evolution - 5% boosting standing item

ie: Can I equip my "Clan" hanging + standing items onto my IS clan cockpits?

Charger and Hatamoto are both IS mechs.
The Shugo is the Hero Variant of the Hatamoto and is included in the Ultimate pack.

PGI makes the packs mostly following this pattern:

Standart pack -> 3 Mechs of a single type. For example 3 variants of the Hatamoto.

Collector pack -> In addition to the 3 standart variants they add a special variant. Notable by the (s) in its numbercode. This special variant comes with a 30% Cbill boost. For the Hatamoto its the HTM-27T(S)

Ultimate pack -> This is the 3 standart variants + the special + the Hero variant. For the Shugo its HTM-SG

To get the special cockpit items you need to either buy the Charger and Hatamoto Collector pack or the Charger and Hatamoto Ultimate pack.
You will NOT get the reward if you buy 2 Ultimate Hatamoto packs !!!

A little hint at this point.

When you want the mechs. You can get the basic variants by earning Cbills ingame and buy them with the ingame money. The Hero can be bought seperatly for MC. Currently its 6000MC ~ 30$.
Only the special variant can't be optained any other way then buying the collectors pack.
Note that, depending on your skills it will take quite some time to get the Cbills to buy all the mechs.
If money isn't a problem or you want to save time buy the ultimate pack. Just wanted to let you know that there are options.

When you just want a boost to your XP and Cbills and you don't realy care about the special variant or Hero mech I would suggest you buy premium time for that money.
For the same price as 2 Ultimate packs, that you wanted to buy, you can have 360 days of premium time that give you a 50% boost on XP AND Cbiils for every match played. No matter the mech or if you use the cockpit items. You also save yourself the extra work for switching the items from mech to mech every time you want to play a different mech and still get the bonus.

As for "Can the items be equiped in Clan mechs"....can't say. Don't own these items.

Fairly sure yes. Cockpit items are not bound to any particular mech so no reason why they would be bound to tech class of mechs.

The only things that are bound are patterns and bolt-ons.

The pack you listed is NOT a Clan pack.

Seriously? That makes them even more uninteresting IMO. I would rather pay for premium time and get a 50% boost on everything for 360 days then buy two collectors or two ultimate packs.

Just got below bonus items from the Annihilator + Uziel (IS) Ultimate Packages, and it rocks!!

a ) + 5% boosting (XP or C-Bills) hanging item, and

b ) + 5% boosting (XP or C-Bills) standing item

Bonus: always wanted Annihilator anyways!
