One good thing now with covid the new norm Is remote employees. Russ should be a lot more open to hiring basically from anywhere anymore.

Problem ...no specialists (alone Cry Specialists rare) for a special modified old (outdated) Cryengine 3 version avaible of the Jobmarket...the best gamedesigner can nothing do with a Dead heavy codes engine version

Well the community matchmaker balance act has been a pretty effective demonstration of the Dunning-Kruger effect, so it wasn't a total waste. Now might be the time to hire someone who knows what they are doing and with actual knowledge and experience for a change. That would be novel.

Another **** post from monkey lover.

How stupid would you have to be to think you would have the solution? The community has a better chance of coming up with good ideas that work rather than hiring a single person to do it who probably doesn't know the game and probably doesn't have time to learn it come up with something that people who have been playing the game for years actually want.


People like you are why game devs begin to dislike their players. Personally I'm getting a little tired of seeing the same entitled and overly expectant man-babies making their cry cry posts daily.

You don't have any ideas, as an actual player, and your best idea is to throw money at the problem and hope for the best.

If you want to see what the community has done just look at what's left of faction play. Most people have no idea what's wrong with this game. They can only see a small picture of what they played. The issue with this game is its not a game.

So when you see the community come up with ideas all they can only see what they know. "new maps","fix skill tree" ."buff/nerf X"

Russ needs someone to help him finish his game.

I find this with most people. Most nomies have a hard time seeing the big picture a lot of the time yes
