Thank you, I had only ever bought non-pack add-on heroes in-game so didn't know. There is the option of buying gifts, is that also a one off too?

If so that means I guess baring some miraculous new 'Mech packs, this is the last year I will ever be able to earn top tier IS reward, as they would leave four Resistance heroes remaining which is below the six required.

Curious. I would contact the staff if I were you. Maybe they could cook something up for you.

You can buy them as a pack add-on and have that count, fwiw. Pack add-ons (including add-on heroes) count same as resistance heroes, fwiw.

You can only redeem gift codes for heroes/packs/add-ons you haven't purchased or redeemed before.

All long ago bought, resistance heroes are it. So have an option for this year, but next year if the game last that long will be an issue...

Perhaps start tweeting Russ about it then? PGI should come up with something for players who supported the game so hard they literally don't have mech packs left to buy.

Purchased urban mech complete collection, should apply to the inner sphere reward but after waiting a couple of days now still does not update the eligibility. any ideas?

This is 100% correct. You need to purchase a mech pack to qualify for the faction tiers.

Well, no IS rewards for me this year as I already own every IS package, and almost every IS mech (only a few loyalty and champion mechs missing).
I know, first world issues.

I´m speechless.
To see that people really pay money to get the "rewards".
While the "reward" is an old mech that can be bought ingame for free.
I bought 10 hero or champion mechs this year, with the MC i got from the events.

I´m beginning to understand the lack of effort from PGI for MWO, because they don´t need to do anything new and still get enough money.

PGI should make the customer annual rewards program based on simple turnover with the customer with a dollar threshold for each level (6 in the moment). So everyon can spend their dollars as they seem to fit.

Nice idea, but wouldn't make that the distinct Clan and IS rewards impossible?
