Who would actually still buy a mech pack these days? There's not even a new loyalty variant to bother with. Can't look a gift horse in the mouth I suppose but boy, does its breath smell :/

The same rewards program we had for years.
Who in their right mind is still paying money for this game?
MC? I got more MC from events this years than i got in the last years together.
Mechs? No new mech packs, no new mechs for me.
Do you really expect people to pay money for your rewards?
Do you really expect people to pay money for your game with no new content for more then a year and constant incompetence?
Wait ... don´tell me there are people who still pay money for MWO ...

You need to have purchased the entire resistance pack (highest price point), and it can take up to 24 hours to update.

Hey Matt, I spotted a multiplied typo on the Mech redemption page:
"You have until Jan. 1st, 2020 10:00:00 (PST) (Jan. 1st, 2020 6:00:00 UTC) to redeem 'Mech Reward content"

The deadline seems pretty steep now ;-)

hello, somehow something doesn't seem to work.

I was able to redeem 3 packages, I also got the Mechs, but not the GSP --- whereby 100 GSP should belong to every Mech.

There is a typo in the Ultimate Reward conditions.

I believe it meant 2020 Clan Top-Tier and 2020 IS Top-Tier Reward.

Please confirm.

SEPARATE LINE ITEM:

I want to buy the premium time on sale, but doesn't net me anything for this years annual reward program and doesn't apply towards next year's annual reward program since it would be bought before November 19 2020 (or whenever the reward program eligibility for 2020 ends).

Any assistance here? Should I contact customer service?

The clan standard tier reward says "IS Clan hero or IS Clan Loyalty", I think its suppose to say "Clan Medium Hero or Clan Medium Loyalty".

Not that I'm trying to game the rewards program, but I have few options and this is the first year I have a chance at the ultimate reward thanks to good luck on Twitch streamer giveaways (thanks again RQ and Nuttyrat!)

I have purchased all IS packs at top tier in previous years and you can't rebuy those, so only option left for IS rewards would be Resistance Heroes - would purchasing six Grinners get the IS Top Tier reward?
