Just a crazy idea for MWO developers, in the vein of Loyalty awards:

How about granting a Platinum skin to any one (1) mech chasis (eg: Timber Wolf and all its variants) by purchasing any four (4) Ultimate Premium Packages?

Minimal coding, and the Platinum skin engine is already in this MWO game.

I'm sure there'll be others with differences in opinions, but this is just throwing out crazy ideas for MWO developers to think about!

OK, how about this:

1) Phase 1: Platinum skin (owned)
1a) Platinum skin for achieving four (4) years of Loyalty Programme "Ultimate Award", OR
1b) Platinum skin for buying eight (8) Collector/Ultimate Premium Packages

2) Phase 2: Change Color of Platinum skin (rented)
During Premium Time subscription, players may change color of Platinum skin for up to four (4) times each month.
~Player need to continue to continue Premium Time subscription, otherwise this shiny skin would revert back to the default "Platinum" color skin again.

No thanks I already got enough mechs that don't get used due to nerfs,power creep and pgi's 'balance' I've already spent money and/or time to get the mechs I wanted. New mechs will not help mwo any but new real content like maps,game modes, more events with easy rewards not focused on damage only for match score etc.

Which has been echoed by many others over the past seven years and ignored by russ or poorly implemented such as the horrible escort vip atlas which was conveniently removed from mwo when mw5 went to epic as pgi didn't want you to see an unarmed atlas slug in bright orange and grey that could hardly walk a path get blown to bits by 12 players.
