Some people like to see their stats go up.

Case and point, a certain backstabbing "combat-guandao" -- or a "fighting-maginata". He rocked a 3x LL + 2x LB10X Cyclops, coming in very very late to the game to the detriment of his team, or backstabs with a 6x ERML ACH.

Well, yes and no.

It takes a bit of skill to get kills, especially solo-kills.

War Glaivez, while a horrible teammate, he is also a horrible opponent, a feared stealthy backstabbing light.

Not that hard to get solo skills. Been on a kill streak but still end up loosing matches due to other team mates not able to kill. Today I had half the team kills in matches like 4-12 and so on. All you really have to do is simple stuff like target your enemy, aim for open or weak parts, focus fire, and position better.

And if you're having trouble with lights a srm6x2 or ssrm6x2 is your best anti-light for those that can't aim.

That's your takeaway? I can't kill lights? The point was it's hard to do so while playing light, and War Glaivez was doing it rather well despite the odds against him.

It takes a good amount of skill to pilot a light and rack up amount of kills that isn't in an urbanmech, because guess what they are fragile as ****. Frustrating as it is to deal with Locusts and Fleas, they are actually pretty easy to kill if a pilot doesn't know how to avoid well.

To put that into perspective: https://leaderboard....er%0D%0AOmega_V

You struggle to get 1 kill per match with 32% survival rate, I get about 1 kill per match with 33% survival rate, meanwhile the guy straight up does 4 kills and a half each match, with 58% survival rate. Omega_V, the legend which apparently I didn't know, does 10.77 kills per match and survives 77% of the time.

And guess what, the guy does mostly lights. Do you know how hard it is to stay alive in a light that isn't an urbanmech? That is pure skill right there.

I don't want to be mean, but your confidence seems like Dunning-Kreuger Effect to me.

Another one who does the exact same thing with a Cyclops and is pretty well known for it basically.

I don't gaf about that other guy's skill or stats nor your own stats. Funny that you mention the urban mech as it is the most armored light mech out of all the is lights. You want real skill in an is light? Use xl fleas and lcts or the most nerfed light mech the is have: xl jenner. I use some of the most non meta lights and builds and get one kill per match as you point out. How hard is that to do? Not very since some one with such horrible stats like me can do it.

Every other is light is fragile as f compared to the freaking urban mech. Don't even get me started about the lfe vs xl ********. But you survive st loss...by giving up speed which light need the most to survive and even with an lfe 180 7.5 tons you still need the mandatory three heat sinks of three tons. XL 180 saves a mere two tons.

I'm sure you're smart enough to smurfy the stock armor values of urbs, fleas and lcts and compare them yourself. Then add on the skill tree armor values. We both know those bugs are nothing in value to urbie.

Next time you get ace of spades in axl spl lct e1 build let me know. I did.

Based on your stats, I'm pretty sure you just got lucky.

And that is why you don't make sense or have a point, nor we have reason to take your claims seriously.

Darian and the rest of us are having a productive conversation, don't butt into it if you're not going to participate properly.

If you would actually read what I said, I was literally excluding Urbanmech from the point.

But your stats ways otherwise. That's the beauty of scores, we don't need to just take your word for it. While the queue is terrible, it's still Systematic Error which therefore consistent -- everyone is subjected to it therefore fair.

For example, consider that you play lights 58% of the time while only have 0.89 WLR and 0.75 KDR, meanwhile I play just 29% with 1.09 WLR and 1.11 KDR.

Take away from that? Assuming that you are equal or even better at piloting at me, lights are holding you back which proves my point because it takes more skill to do so.

If it was easy to do, everyone would be doing it because it's just that accessible. And if it's easy to do so, you would perform better that reflects on your stats.

Which I am not contending you for it. Urbie plays like a Medium. No arguments there.

Although I would suggest dropping down to XL170, the speed difference is negligible, though it uses +3 slots for a total of 4 xtra DHS which is 1 more from 180. it comes -0.5 tons that would be useful to something else.
